🚨 VENDOR SCAM ALERT! 🚨

We’ve been made aware of scammers impersonating event organizers and attempting to collect vendor fees. Please be cautious and protect yourself!

Here’s how to spot a scam:
❌ No profile photo or very few photos/posts
❌ New accounts with no friends or connections
❌ Asking for funds through Messenger
❌ Requesting payment via Venmo, PayPal, CashApp, etc.
❌ Pressuring you to send money quickly

👉 If you ever receive a message that feels suspicious, do not send payment until you verify it’s legitimate. You can always confirm by contacting us directly through our official page or phone number.

The Metz Family will warm your heart with this beautiful, three-story Victorian in the heart of historic Pendleton. Tall ceilings, original woodwork, pocket doors, french doors, antique fireplaces and built in china cabinet add to the one-of-a-kind charm. Historically, this home was built in 1893 by C.B. Keesling, the town undertaker. His woodworking and carpentry skills are on full display throughout this home.

We are honored to have the South Madison Community Foundation on the list of Home Tours this year!

The Thomas Pendleton House was built c. 1835, by the family that gave Pendleton its name through the filing of the original plat of this small settlement town. For approximately 100 years of its existence, the home was owned by the Owens Family.

In operation since 1991, the Foundation serves a mission to create positive change and lasting impact in the communities we serve. The Foundation raises local contributions, invests them wisely, and through grants and scholarships – reinvests them in community causes that create positive, lasting change in South Madison County.
