Creating new from old and vice versa
Hello and welcome to DJ Hart Designs. While we are not a physical store that you can set foot in, we hope that you will stop by this page from time to time and take a look around. DJ Hart Designs has been 30 years in the making. Thirty years ago I held a power tool in my hand for the first time. My husband and I were building a bed. He carefully walked me through the steps of how to add a rounded edge by using a router. You could say I was pretty much hooked from there.
As the years have flown by, one thing has remained constant, I still love power tools and my husband is still by my side encouraging me with every new piece. I can remember painting furniture for our new baby’s bedroom....27 years ago! I love finding pieces that have lived a good life, but still have a lot of life left to live! I love to transform ordinary into extraordinary.
