Check out this prefab shed we assembled. It was an interesting new experience for me. I do like the concept, and it has some cool features. The windows can swing open or tilt open. I would not recommend a homeowner try to assemble one of these unless they are very handy and have a lot of tools. The manufacturer says it should take 1-2 days for 2 adults to assemble. It was more like 3.5 days for 2 guys that have been in the trades for years.

Termites destroyed the door jambs and trim.
The door was sun beaten, and had several layers of stain and polyurethane. My friends wanted to keep their door, but nobody wanted to work on it. Everyone wanted to install a new door.
It was very challenging, but we were able to save their door.
We made new custom door jambs and trim, and removed all of the old finish and stain. We refinished and installed the door, and hardware.
It has some rustic beauty about it.
We have been doing a lot of small and challenging projects lately. Bring me your difficult ones.
