This builder installed unruly landscape, cracked and settling walkway, was upgraded with a new Techo-Bloc paver walkway, overlay and widened steps.

Color complementing pavers and redesigned homeowner’s lighting system, pulled this all together. A low maintenance landscape with seasonal color, provides the homeowner with all year interest.

Needless to say, this project was the talk of the neighborhood. What a transformation!

Redo of a builder’s original install that settled 3”, affecting the safely navigating the steps. This forced the homeowner to use the garage instead. Aesthetics were improved with full length steps and continuous fascia of the risers.

Completed in 2 phases, it now has a much cleaner look and safer flow for all. Including some of the homeowner’s lawn art, creates a fun and playful effect.

The clients are thrilled with their new landscape, with many years of enjoyment to come.

This job pretty much had it all… plant removal, transplanting, new plantings, deconstruction of existing walkway and steps followed by new paver walkway, steps, concrete overlay, retaining wall, curbstone edging, driveway border/apron and low voltage lighting to enjoy at after the sun sets. The project was complicated by existing irrigation that had to be carefully hand excavated and removed to be re installed.

Total redesign of this front landscape and entrance which included a concrete overlay, widened steps, retaining wall, walkway and landscape. Doesn’t look like the same house!

Recent renovation of an aging landscape. The use of decorative stone and mulch created a lot of visual movement within the plantings. It was a marrying of the homeowner’s wishes and our creative touch and expertise.

Recent landscape renovation completed. Commercial grade landscape edging was installed to keep the Zoysia grass from creeping into the landscape beds. Simple, colorful and low maintenance for years of enjoyment.

After 21 years, this client was looking to renovate their landscape which included: new plantings, paver walkway, boulders and a retaining wall. It was a lot of hard work, but it was fun and a rewarding project.

This rainy day made me think of this redesigned walkway. Techo-Bloc Blu 60 walkway in Chestnut Brown with Chocolate Brown Parisien border leads to Venetian capped steps with a concrete overlay porch. An inviting walkway for this beautiful home❤️
