The space adventure continues with some of my favorite Sci-fi books, there is something uncanny about the silence of space. 📖💜 Some adventures are best left in books, and with a colorful quilt! The starburst pattern is so much fun to make, and is such a bold striking quilt.

It may be the end of summer, but magical floral patterns last all year long! 📖💐 The flower fairy castle quilt is still on my wish list to make this year. The fabric is too beautiful to keep locked up in our project box.

It’s almost summer, and ocean quilt season! 📖🌊 I love the magic and whimsy of mermaids, as they explore the world below the sea. Especially in a beautiful book, like Skin of the Sea. Books and quilts are great way to start summer vacation!

We are getting the good fabric out today, and making bags! 📖💚 It is fun to try out new pattern designs, to keep things interesting. It also helps us learn new sewing skills, even when it is not a quilt pattern. I love all the versions of Morris’ raspberry picker fabric design, the green in this one is lovely.

Today’s All Star photo challenge is Wear My Jersey: A story with a public declaration. The nine goblins are always ready for the next scuffle, but their loyalty to each other and the goblin way of life is always more important. 💚
