When I say "all the little things" I sometimes take it a little far. I saw this sitting in a client's basement and after she told me it was too much for her to build, I felt the need to help her out. She offered payment which I refused and said I would do it for the fun of it. This 16" by 9" piece has over 2500 pieces and an "after market" lighting kit. It only took about 9 hours over three sessions.

This was a project and a half before the Covid-19 shutdown. Thank you to B.E. Plumbing for taking care of the drain and vent lines. I framed in a full bath, small closet/office nook, and a mechanical closet. Ran all new plumbing for the bathroom and laundry, new electrical for lights and receptacles and replaced the glass block window in the bathroom with a tilt in vinyl window, sheet rocked, installed floor to ceiling subway tile and installed the glass surround for the shower. The homeowner painted everything and did an amazing job. Another contractor came in to finish the floors. This took about 6 weeks to complete by myself less the drain plumbing and demo materials removal with a helper.

It started as an open under counter cabinet. About an hour later we had a working trash/recycling drawer with soft close...

This poor house had two splits in the same joist and replacing it wasn't much of an option. I had these brackets fabricated to not only fix the splits but also to straighten the small twist. A huge thanks to Endless Fabrication, INC for making these to my exact specs.
