let's give a big shout out to Vanessa Pizzo Doing business as First capital towing llc for arranging a 7 mile tow in under 10 hrs. whoo hooo! you go girl! i was concerned about the car being impounded because where it was parked had signs saying no parking between 2am until 8am and when i asked if it was impounded would i need to be present to retrieve the car she made it clear I would be responsible for paying. this girl has the absolute best customer service threatening to have the driver turn around and drop the car off never mentioned that I would receive a refund.
I have to say the other company she hired to pick up my car had it done in 1hr.

let's give a big shout out to Emergency roadside assistance from Boca Raton Fla
and their employees for only making me wait 1hour and 45 minutes in 20° weather to arrange a tow, I wonder if I didn't call them every 30 minutes and being updated to a priority how long would have been, so if your looking for the absolute worst towing service that only covers 5 miles of towing. give them a call at 844 888 tows and ask for Jack I'm sure they will give you unbelievable service.
