•installed new rubber torch down
•muck and tape all edge seems •silvercoat when granulates dissolve in month or two

John we just completed took 5/6 days removed old rotted drywall
Parged loose parts of the underwall
Restud everything with 1x3s
Redrywall
Spackle and tape then lights and and spackle again
sand everything relay baseboard
Paint all walls with two coats trim as well
Finally cleanup!! Leave it as clean as when we arrived!!!

Popcorn ceiling skim coated 2 coats sanded and painted kitchen diningroom living room
