🎉 Congratulations to Truth in Actions Inc. and our owner, Donald J. Thompson III, on breaking ground this past Wednesday on the RAW Story Dr. Project — a new affordable luxury townhome community in the City of Wilmington!

🏗️ This exciting development will include 14 townhome units, each featuring 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and a 1-car garage. With an estimated value of $5.2 million in new construction real estate, this project will bring much-needed housing stock and vibrant energy to the city with 14 new single-family homes.

More than just housing, the RAW Story Dr. Project honors the life of (R)ick (A)nthony (W)illiams, who tragically lost his life at just 24 years old in a motorcycle accident due to drunk driver. The new street name, RAW Story Dr., is a tribute to his memory and a reminder that our choices affect not just ourselves, but others as well.
