Here is a little job we did about a week ago in downtown Flagstaff at
We sanded down the existing flooring on the first floor & the landing going to the basement. The flooring was a beautiful ponderosa pine in the entrance/ reception area. There was some patching done in the other parts of the first floor. It all sanded up nicely. We used two coats of Loba sealer & two coats of Loba 2k supra A.T. satin finish. All work done in a clean professional manner! 🔨

Here we have a staircase we pulled back tge carpet & realized it was just builders grade lumber. A lot of homes that have carpeted stairs is because it is builders grade lumber. Not a wood you want to refinish. So, what we will suggest is “capping” the stair treads & risers. Here we capped the stair treads with white oak & capped the risers with primed 5/16” board. We replaced the existing balusters with new primed balusters. We then sanded & stained the white oak stair treads with Duraseal Rustic Beige stain. Then coated with two coats of Bona mega satin finish & one coat of Bona Go satin finish. We also installed Creekside L.V.P. Harrington Oak flooring throughout the house. Beautiful white oak 2 1/4” x 3/4” #1 common grade new install in kitchen area. Refinished dining room. Sanded down to unfinished wood & applied two coats of Bona Nordic sealer with one coat of Bona mega satin. Then a final coat of Bona Go satin. 🔨🔨🔨

Here we have a family room (tear out & disposed of 5/16”x2” flooring) & kitchen installed with new red oak 5/16”x2” flooring. Sanded Kitchen, dining room, family room & master bedroom. Stained with duraseal golden pecan stain & finished with two coats of Bona mega satin. Then one coat of Bona GO satin. Also, installed new oak shoe molding stained & finished to match the flooring. Buff & coated two bedrooms & a hallway in addition to refinishing the other floors. All work completed in a timely & clean manner! 🔨🔨🔨

Just finished this 5/16” x 2” red oak refinish. There is two staircases we refinished minus the landings. You can see the before and after pictures of the staircases. We stained the floor with Duraseal golden oak stain and finished with two coats of Bona Mega satin and one coat of Bona GO satin. All work is done in a clean & professional manner as always! Here we have a kitchen & bathroom tile install we did. We first installed the schluter ditra-heat pad underneath to give the warm feel in those winter months. Next we installed the tile in a staggered pattern. 🔨
