Yes, this is a real job!

We’re hiring people to join our team and help make Philadelphia look ridiculous in the best possible way this Christmas.

Elves N Ladders is hiring seasonal Christmas Light Installers.

$20–$35/hour + daily performance bonuses.

No experience? That’s fine. We’ll teach you everything you need to know.

You do need to be willing to work hard, be outside, climb ladders, learn quickly, and take pride in what you build.

It’s physical work. The season gets busy. But there’s also something pretty satisfying about stepping back at the end of the day, plugging everything in, and saying:

“Wow. We did that.”

Training begins in September.

We sell high-end:

• Holiday lighting
• Permanent roofline lighting
• Landscape & patio lighting

This is NOT a desk job.

You’ll be:
• Running in-home appointments
• Closing deals on the spot
• Following up like a pro
• Creating your own opportunities when needed

💰 Compensation

• $400/week ramp
• $600/week draw after ramp
• Commission on every deal
• +2% on self-generated deals

Top performers: $80K–$150K+

• 20–30 appointments
• 5-10 closed deals
• $15K–$20K+ sold
