A very true and sad reality.
Erasing history, beautiful architecture and wrecking lives just for the sake of a quick buck and replacing it with disposable/ hazardous housing and the like is the perfect way to bleach out neighborhood community and diversity.

Philadelphia isn’t becoming NYC V2; it’s being developed into a cycle of stagnant residence just like every viable city where there’s no regard for ANYTHING other than fast money for a throwaway “$tructure”.

I’ve seen this all over Philadelphia and there’s no end in sight. I’m disgusted.

Confronts real estate developers skirting the law and constructing buildings without proper permits that have collapsed and destroyed untold lives.

Tiled floor, tiled border, patched/painted walls, relocated new medicine cabinet, repaired sink drain at wall, replaced shut-off valves for supply lines, corrected the rat nest of wiring and rewired for new lighting, relocated light switch and installed an outlet that was absent from this bathroom. Then put it all back together.
Also gave moral support to the souls that installed the glass doors on the bathtub.
