A pair of bathroom ceilings. Sounds easy right. Not quite… these bathrooms had multiple peeling spots in them. What happened? That was the question I was asked. Honestly I don’t know what happened when these were painted, but it seems like the walls were never dusted before they were primed. The solution I know is to scrape, seal, repair and paint with Aura Bath & Spa. Our team did an excellent job with this new customer in Yardley.

Here’s a beautifully refreshed basement space our team painted in the Lakeview Estates community of Newtown last week. This project went start to finish in 3 days and included two powder room spaces, all repairs, along with all furniture being moved covered and returned to its place upon completion. All dust was controlled and carpets were vacuumed clean after work was completed.

It’s been so cold this winter. For throwback Thursday let’s take it back to a job where we got absolutely boiled!🦞 This home in Yardley needed the aluminum siding painted. We specialize in this and have completed numerous aluminum siding custom paint jobs throughout Bucks County.
This one was done back in 2020. There is no shade on this home. The end of May was quite hot and by June we were cooking! We did all of the siding as well as the solid color stain on the deck.
Our customer was thrilled and a few years later the family wrestled with decision of replacing the siding due to an addition they were adding on or painting the addition to match the aluminum siding. I quickly advised them to go with residing if they could afford it and that there would be no hard feelings. The truth of the matter is that many sidings are much more maintenance free than a paint job. If you’re not attached to the custom color and you have the funds go for longevity.

Here’s the one fact that sneaks past many people in the market for siding: James Hardie products and other similar cementitious siding boards are painted and will require repainting inside of 10 years after installation in most cases.

Newly built bathroom and laundry room in Flourtown PA. We finished the bathroom surfaces with Aura Bath & Spa. It’s a top of class coating that carries a hefty price tag. After seeing so much mold and peeling over the years from other inferior coatings, it is clearly worth the extra dollars. (Stay tuned to see us fix someone else’s peels in Yardley next week 👀)

This is one of my favorite projects to photograph. Got to check in on it this week as there were a couple small repairs to be made it the house before it is sold.

Keep that in mind. When you hire us we commit to you. We paint and 5 years later if your house is going up for sale your buyer might complain about a few new cracks, nail pops or surface scuffs. Or maybe the mover or home stager knocks into a wall and does some minor damage (happens in stairwells often) Call us and we will get in there and fix you right up. We care about our customers and love making their homes shine!

This project has n Schwenksville is rolling right along. Shout out to Kevin for keeping things going a couple days on his own due to a couple vacation days and a delayed flight home. Not to mention crushing work on your own place in the evenings. Your hardwork doesn’t go unnoticed!
