Just finished this beautiful basement.

Run new electrical lines, lights, outlets

Run the heating and cooling vents

New steps and stain

New tiles on the floor and bathroom

Brand new bathroom and drain line into the sump pump

New drywall throughout the basement

Beautiful touch up and a warm place for family to hang out.

Client loves it!!!

Metal fence would most definitely last longer than the wood fence, but it also so beautiful. Look at the view that was blocked by the wood fence. Clients love it!!!

Silicone is best for flat roof. It says lifetime warranty.
