We’re in the final stretch on this custom bathroom transformation and it’s really starting to come to life.

✔️ Full tile layout installed – clean lines, tight joints, and a sharp mix of large format and subway
✔️ Custom knee wall built and capped – ready for glass install
✔️ Shower area fully formed with detailed corner work and layout dialed in
✔️ Floor tile set and locked in

Right now we’re moving into the finish phase:
🔹 Grouting + silicone
🔹 Final drywall + paint
🔹 Fixture installs (vanity, toilet, trim)
🔹 Glass install to wrap it all up

This is where the details matter—and that’s what separates a good job from a great one.

✔️ Herringbone mosaic laid out clean
✔️ Walls going up with a staggered pattern
✔️ Bench + corner shelves built in and tiled
✔️ Lines staying tight and consistent all the way through

Still have some finish work to go, but this is where the vision really starts showing.

This is why prep and layout matter — if it’s right at this stage, the final product speaks for itself.

Phase One Complete ✔️ – Site Clearing for Patio & Shed Build

We kicked off this project by clearing out a row of overgrown trees to open up the space and set the foundation for what’s coming next. Removing these not only improves light and airflow, but gives us a clean, workable footprint for a new patio pad and shed installation.

Proper prep is everything—this first phase ensures solid grading, access, and layout so the next steps go in smooth and built to last.

Another full bathroom transformation underway by Johnny Gee’s Contracting — and this one’s getting the full treatment.

We started with a complete demo down to the bones, giving us a clean slate to build it back the right way. From there, we installed a brand new exhaust fan system for proper ventilation and reinsulated the space to improve comfort and efficiency year-round.

The new layout features a custom-built shower with a bench, wrapped in a sleek half glass wall design for an open, modern feel. We’re incorporating stone sills for a sharp, durable finish and bringing in a fully custom vanity with adjacent cabinetry to maximize both storage and style.

This is one of those projects where function meets craftsmanship — built to last and tailored to the homeowner’s needs. Stay tuned as this space comes together.

We’re wrapping up exterior restoration on this beautiful historic rowhome on Locust Street and it’s been a transformation 🔥

This one started with heavily deteriorated trim, peeling paint, and years of buildup—especially around the main window and entry details. We took it all the way down and brought it back the right way.

Here’s what we’ve done so far:

✔️ Full scrape, sand, and restoration of the front window surround
✔️ Rebuilt and cleaned up detailed trim and pediment work
✔️ Prepped and restored upper facade + cornice areas
✔️ Addressed failing paint and chalking across the exterior
✔️ Tightened everything up for a clean, uniform finish

Now it’s coming together with fresh coatings and sharp lines, bringing that classic Philly character back to life 💪

Just about ready for final touches and completion.
