Our team at 39° North Architects recently completed a stunning office renovation and redesign, featuring a brand new reception and lobby space, a state-of-the-art conference room, and a sleek cafeteria. One of the most exciting aspects of this project was designing all the custom furniture and millwork, which truly makes the space one-of-a-kind. Our team poured their hearts into every detail, and we couldn't be prouder of the final result. 😍

The first phase of this 40,000 SF office renovation is about to commence!

The design features a fresh modern open lobby with custom reception desk and lounge area. Adjacent to the lobby is the newly designed conference room with updated A/V capabilities. The cafeteria features banquette seating in addition to multiple seating options, new contemporary lighting and a new, updated kitchen.
