Dear Customers, we will be temporarily closing from April 11 to May 1st for a Honeymoon in Japan. If you have and emergency on an install that is under warranty please contact me at 215-410-5577 and we will make arrangements to take care of your issue. Non-warranty issues you can also contact Kelly at TPG Mechanical.

Apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and will not be away for this amount of time again in the future for the foreseeable future.

In the process of restoring the steam heating system the bottom left is what happens when you don’t maintain your steam boiler properly. The previous owner had the system poorly installed up against a wall with no access to clean anything including the low water cut off.

There was at least an inch and a half a sediment in the bottom of the boiler, and this mud coating the return pipe where it went into the boiler stay tuned for the final result!

Pre-piping this new steam boiler to replace a poorly installed steam boiler, which was not serviceable due to the installation position. At the previous homeowner had not serviced it once.
