The homeowners chose mahogany Accent Wood Tone Plank CHI Overhead Doors garage doors for their house and their hanger RV garage door entrance. AZ Lux was so excited to have an opportunity to work with MDF Development on this beautiful home in Paradise Valley. For the first time we had an opportunity to work with Vidor Garage Door who produced these exquisite steel overlay reverse chevron steel back garage doors. The homeowner did an amazing job picking out the color as well. These door fit this house like a glove. Inside we had a chance to use LiftMaster side mount operators, on 3 inch HD track. We also had an opportunity to work with MDF on helping them with all of their gate, automation and motors. got a little tricky, having to tuck the arms down inside the existing stone pillars, but we figured it out.

Helping create the next-level garage is what we do. Special thanks to Rainey Homes for trusting AZ LUX with this one-of-a-kind build! AZ lux was challenged with massive glass 20x10 full-view hanger garage that required custom vertical track to attach to the steel building effectively. We also provided a custom wood 20 foot Spanish Cedar Door to give this an old world mission look. Because of how massive and heavy the doors were, we used commercial openers for all the tugging duty. AZ LUX just completed a pair of services to this beautiful new custom home in Paradise Valley.Patterson Homes LLC allowed us to outfit this gorgeous property on Hummingbird Lane with Full View glass garage doors from AlumaDoor and the best Turntable in the business from CarTurner. This garage will be dialed in for the perfect car collector. Thank you again Ryan for giving us the opportunity to work with your team over at Patterson Homes LLC.

Personally I don’t get to meet a lot of the owners but the moment we finished hanging these beauties they happened to walk up and we’re amazed. Our glass full views are so popular and I can see why.

Special thanks to TK Stratton and Sean Smith from BG Builders LLC for allowing us at AZ Lux to provide 74 Garage Doors for this beautiful project at Manistee Ranch Townhomes. TK definitely stepped up an outfit of these townhomes with a premier CHI Overhead Doors plank steel back door with side lights to complete the look that he was trying to achieve on these units. Our team of installers has been on this job for over a month and a half just completed the project today and we’ll have final walk-through later in the week, but I thought I would post this pretty community in Glendale. This development is really close to Grand Canyon University. If anybody’s got a young student heading that way this is the perfect location.

A few weeks ago, I had a chance to take some photos of a job that we finished for Patterson Homes. Thank you to their staff for allowing us to develop these Custom Wood doors out of clear western red cedar. This 20 x 8 and two 10x8 reverse Chevron design came out amazing. Patterson also asked us to do floor treatments and we were able to put down our new extra large speckled, flake, or jumbo flake Polyaspartic floor treatment. As you can see after we got a superior grinding effort, the final floor came out amazing. Thank you Patterson for trusting us with your full garage makeover for this beautiful spec home.
