For this project, we installed artificial turf around the pool area to create a cleaner, brighter look while adding year-round greenery. We also extended the existing patio with travertine, creating a dedicated space that feels connected to the rest of the outdoor area without overwhelming the design.

Starting this Scottsdale apartment project with a clear focus on solving a major issue, poor drainage impacting both tenants and property function.

Heavy rains have been causing water to build up near parking areas, so the plan is to correct the flow and protect the space long-term, not just patch the problem. 🌧️

Access is also being improved by cutting and pushing back the block wall about three feet, creating a safer and more functional entry while keeping the gate in place.

Completed this front yard in Glendale with a full artificial turf installation, framed with a clean paver border to define the space and keep everything contained.

The team removed the existing gravel and replaced it with turf to create a more functional and consistent surface that’s easier to use year-round.

We also maximized a small unused corner near the garage by installing pavers, turning it into a usable area for a table setup.

Every detail was planned with purpose, making sure each section of the yard serves a function while keeping the overall layout clean and practical 🌿
