Rental Refresh!

The Queen Bee and I were hired to refresh this Beeautiful rental property!

🐝Minor dywall repair matching the existing texture and repainted every room.
🐝Refinished and caulked the baseboards.
🐝Installed brand new blinds in a few rooms.
🐝Refinished the fireplace.
🐝Repaired sliding screen door and the lock on sliding glass door.
🐝Removed hard water buildup from 2 toilets saving the owner hundreds in replacement costs.
🐝Repaired and replaced a few electrical outlets.
🐝Removed existing caulking and paint splatter from the flooring.

All within a few days time!
