New tv's no longer fit in this older home's entertainment niche. We agreed on just building the framing and not finishing the new shallower wall, as it won't be visible behind the tv. This came out nice and less exspensive.

This client had a bad water leak under her kitchen sink. The remediation company destroyed her sink cabinet for some reason, but I salvaged and repaired the cabinet face. Spliced a new end on, installed the face on a new cabinet box and painted the repair. Fun project.

Foundation cleanup. Decaying slab became unsightly on this townhome patio. Removed all debris a flushed surface. Installed wire lathe and shot foam into the cleaned void. Finished with smooth stucco and painted.
