After research this is what I came up with for health benefits.
Add a pinch of Celtic salt to your purified water, or drink lemon water. "Filtered water has no minerals your body needs"
Garlic, cloves, arugula, eggs, slightly cooked tomatoes, walnuts, extra virgin olive oil, real chocolate see my pic, apples, honey, almond milk, salmon, cinnamon, oregano oil with black seed oil, pineapple, kiwi. EVERYTHING ORGANIC if possible!
I had to watch a whole lot of videos to learn how and what amounts to consume for each item. such as garlic, cloves, black seed oil, oregano oil, etc...
There is a whole lot more you can add to the list such as carrots, steamed broccoli, cucumbers, bananas etc.
This is just the list of things that I've been eating for the past few weeks for my particular medical condition. And is working quite well. "Without taking any medication "
I forgot to mention I also have been doing intermittent fasting, which can be difficult but you feel really good doing it. Watch videos on that subject as well.
I'm not a doctor, I'm not saying do what I'm doing.
But I do recommend you do your own research and do what works for you.
I'm only sharing what is working for me. And I hope you take steps to improve what you put in your body! 👍👍💪💪💯💯❤️❤️

I Was in the Hospital again about a month ago.
They prescribed me
high blood pressure medication
antibiotics
blood thinners
stool softeners
allergy medication for some reason
and I forget what else.
I have not taking a single pill as of yet.
I've done A Lot of research, and been indulging in what one might call superfoods.
When I was in the hospital my blood pressure was 158/96
And now my blood pressure is 90's/70's with no medication!
I also lost roughly 18 lbs without any exercise. "That will come later"
I just wanted to give an update on what's going on in my life.
I'll be taking on the world soon. I'm not done yet.!!
