After research this is what I came up with for health benefits.
Add a pinch of Celtic salt to your purified water, or drink lemon water. "Filtered water has no minerals your body needs"
Garlic, cloves, arugula, eggs, slightly cooked tomatoes, walnuts, extra virgin olive oil, real chocolate see my pic, apples, honey, almond milk, salmon, cinnamon, oregano oil with black seed oil, pineapple, kiwi. EVERYTHING ORGANIC if possible!
I had to watch a whole lot of videos to learn how and what amounts to consume for each item. such as garlic, cloves, black seed oil, oregano oil, etc...
There is a whole lot more you can add to the list such as carrots, steamed broccoli, cucumbers, bananas etc.
This is just the list of things that I've been eating for the past few weeks for my particular medical condition. And is working quite well. "Without taking any medication "
I forgot to mention I also have been doing intermittent fasting, which can be difficult but you feel really good doing it. Watch videos on that subject as well.
I'm not a doctor, I'm not saying do what I'm doing.
But I do recommend you do your own research and do what works for you.
