This customer had fire damage with a depriciated insurance policy. We replaced sections of cabinet and the doors that was to far gone. We sanded ,sealed, and painted the cabinets. Replaced the damaged ceiling tile, light fixtures,stove and vent. Sealed and painted the ceiling throughout the house to block the smoke smell. Wasn’t able to replace everything as usual but got the kitchen back to where they can enjoy their house for many more years.

We replaced our customer's deteriorated steps with a new, expanded set and rebuilt the damaged ramp base; however, documentation took a backseat to completing the work promptly, so we missed out on taking before photos.

Update before and after. Drymax did an outstanding job at removing all the fire damaged materials and getting the smoke smell out of the house. Their team also had to take care of the asbestos abatement by removing and disposing all the old asbestos flooring safely. We came in and remodeled the master bedroom and half bath then we installed floors throughout the house. Let us know if we can help you get your home back to normal.
