Front door install, took a bit longer than expected as the pre attached brickmold was too tall for the opening so it had to be removed and new pieces installed, but it turned out good.

Mildew removal job with a full bathroom re-paint. In a bathroom without a window such as this, it's critical that the exhaust fan come on with the light to remove steam and excessive humidity but it wasn't possible here as the switches were in different locations. Solution? I installed a motion switch on the exhaust fan forcing it's use then occupants are present.

When my customer Jeff didn't feel comfortable going up the ladder to install a new flood light, fix a PVC drain issue and unclog a problem downspout, he called Honey Didn't Handyman, and we had all his troubles cleared up in no time!

A really satisfying project was the barnwood accent walls with shelves to a sunroom and dining room. Totally made the house!

I completed a job today for awesome customers Jerry and his wife who've been dealing with poor quality in a Manufactured home, his interior door frames were all expanding and deteriorating due to being made of vinyl wrapped pressed wood. So I replaced the lower jamb sections fabricate from waterproof solid core PVC. I also installed a laundry center cabinet and shelf with clothes hanging rod in their laundry area.
