Wrapped up this kitchen in West View last week.

Knocked off a few smaller jobs this week. Swapped out an old broken microwave for a vented range hood, bathroom fan replacement and some concrete work to dress up a door I replaced over the winter (still needs trim).

Wrapped this project this week. Located in Upper St. Clair, Finished basement with a half bath. All new LVP throughout including the staircase. All new solid core interior doors to modernize the space. New Andersen Sliding Glass door. New cabinets and butcher block counter TV/entertainment center.

New Provia patio door and a set of Timber tech stairs. Also had to cover the old rim joist and replaced the old door trim. All in new PVC molding.

Helped out last week, with a Rough-in for a new shower. Ran supply lines and drain. Also added an exhaust fan and reworked the existing electrical in this bath.

Homeowner wants to complete the tile and finishes themselves on this one.

Customer in Upper St. Clair needed a small deck/platform for a new hot tub. Was able to knock it out today in the sunshine.
