Just photographed a master bath remodel that we completed end of last year with Celender Remodeling. Love how this turned out. It took us a long time to settle on the right tile; originally our client wanted to go with a teal and white patterned floor but then we found the green subway tile and knew we had to work around that. The discovery part of the design process is my favorite.

I came across this vintage Turkish rug at a store in Dormont a few weeks ago and love the added pop of color in the kitchen! I grew up with a lot of middle-eastern design influence in my home and this makes me so happy to have this.

This year I’m focusing a lot more on re-use, re-purposing and finding new ways to bring life to excess building materials. Obviously that doesn’t always work for every project, but it can supplement when possible.

Happy new year! Hoping everyone is starting off with a good week.
Im excited to be moving forward from a transition year (2021- full of craziness, lots of change and personal growth) into a new year, fully immersing myself in design and many wonderful new clients and partners in 2022. It is very possible to reinvent, find your passions and move forward with intent and success when you put your mind to it. So many plans for things to come. Stay tuned.

Mission complete!
I’ve been building this bench for a few months - and so happy to have it fully assembled just as the weather is getting colder. It’s the favorite new corner of the house for many of us!
My main goal was to have as much easy seating as possible for my kids and their cousins when we’re all together. Definitely couldn’t have done it without the collaboration and some building help from my dad. Everything constructed and sewn/upholstered right here at home. Proud of the ex*****on and learnings that came from this project.

I love seeing an old space transform with a lot of vision, hard work and good partners.

We gutted this basement, put in French drains, re-wired and re-plumbed, including replacing the stack. A basement is a huge, detailed project that doesn’t always receive as much attention or merit as the rest of the reno, but is just as important and can become the best family hangout space.
