Year 2 at the Stankus house is bursting with color! Every week something new is in bloom and the ground covers have really come in nicely. Fresh mulch is down and they’re ready for summer.

We’re delighted with the courtyard and entrance garden redesign we competed for the Cosmides family in Wheeling! Everything in the courtyard blooms white for a modern and unique two-color garden. We found the gorgeous fountain at that compliments the Spanish style of the house. Do you love it?!

Our backyard garden is really coming along! It’s just 10 arborvitae to stick in the ground along the top and this project will be complete.

Sweet Gardens got a really great opportunity to take a blank canvas in a long oval planter to make a really special garden for a young family in Wheeling. We used creative design to give the little kids an area to spark their playtime imagination, and to give guests a special welcome.

We used three kinds of rock to make a dry creek, deer and drought resistant shrubs and flowering plants, softened with mulch, and finished with a sweet cedar bridge and cute stone animals for the kiddos. A little dessert island and pebble beach completed the playground scene.

We LOVED meeting Karen and Reno down in Wheeling and transforming their bare flower beds into a fresh, mostly shade-loving perennial garden!
