Here's a home improvements request where we had several smaller projects

2 screen door installs. The product is a Anderson 3000 retracting screen whish is a personal fav. A temporary wood patch for a settled porch overhang. And a failed step. We just were not happy with all the failed cement work and patch. This was definatly a law suit waiting to happen and felt quite appreciative to let us rebuild it to last. Now made quiet the mess with repeated daily rain. So the last pic show what will do to clean it all up. We pulled the workshop forward and power washed the sidewalk and street.

Update on Wilkensburg parking situation.

So the parking police said officially we can not park on the street till 1 pm even though the sweeper already went by. This is authoritarian. So they may come back around to enforce. A whole doggerent issue from being targeted as a q***r contractor because no other contractors with a trailer i have talked to have been cited with a generalized non-descriptive violation.
