Fun Project we are replacing rotten wood with Azek PVC trim with a lifetime warranty against Rotting and Bugs. Love this product.
We are going to paint this with Sherwin Williams
Emerald Urethane. I’ll post additional pictures as we progress.

Chapel Handyman installed new aluminum railing. Poured concrete base to keep room on stairs. Giving the customer a strong secure railing, that will last for years.

Replaced with PVC that won’t rot and blends nicely with existing wood frames.

Just completed an amazing project;
Face lift on the main entrance of this home.
Replaced a worn out storm door, removed old concrete and brick around the entrance. Removed old high maintenance wooden T&G wood panels. Removed all the old insulation that was installed. ( lots of gaps or missing insulation) Installed R13 insulation Foam sealer applied to door and building gaps Two Layers of 7/16 zip system sheeting sealed all seams Aluminum flashing at ground level ZIP system flashing applied over bottom edge of sheeting Poured concrete step and curb Installed CELECT BOARD & BATTON vertical cellular composite siding. 25 year warranty Installed new threshold Installed a Larson storm door with built in screen Installed new lighting and a Ring doorbell Caulked and sealed trim
Home owner now has a maintenance free front entrance
