Demo, rough framing, kitchen/dining room partition wall removed, two load bearing beams installed, window removed...framed in and closed up, electrical, insulation and drywall all completed. New flooring installed throughout the first floor and protected under the construction paper. Time to sand drywall, prime and paint. Stay tuned for cabinets!
