A room can feel entirely new without letting go of the pieces that matter most. This cherished dining set was passed down through the client’s family and held years of special memories, so we gave it a fresh look with updated upholstery and a bold blue velvet contrast fabric on the chair backs.

Deep blue walls and floor-to-ceiling drapery highlight the dramatic windows, while a new chandelier, sideboard lighting and area rug complete the transformation. The result is a sophisticated, updated dining room that still feels personal and familiar.

Just in time for the 4th of July! 🇺🇸 This outdoor transformation was ready to be put to the test with a full house and a big pool party. ☀️🍹

The old, deteriorating deck was removed and replaced with a beautiful two-tier TimberTech deck designed around the way this space is actually used. The upper level creates an easy connection from the screened porch and kitchen to outdoor dining and grilling, while the lower level is all about relaxing with four swivel lounge chairs gathered around a coffee table/fire pit.

Plenty of umbrellas provide much-needed shade during this heat wave, and the entire pool area feels fresh and pulled together after updates to the house, tiki bar, roofing and more.

A whole new way to enjoy summer at home. 💙

A peek at the final day of installation for a home designed around the way this client actually lives.

This project was all about creating highly personalized spaces for a client with very specific needs. In the basement game room, we maximized the walls with custom shelving to display his extensive LEGO collection. On the main floor, the dining room was transformed into a floor-to-ceiling library for an avid reader. And instead of a traditional living room, we created a fully functional craft room with cabinetry for papers, inks, glues, scissors, printers, cutting machines and more.

The craft room also includes a large central island for workspace, with drawers on each end for even more storage.

Every room now has a purpose, and every detail was designed around how this client will actually use his home.
