Hello Everyone. Hope you all are staying home and remaining safe and healthy. With the covid 19, businesses have had to make adjustments and be innovative in how they assist their clients. Fortunately for UKB ( Urban Kitchens and Baths) we no longer support a showroom and haven't for the past 3 years. Until now, we have been able to meet with clients in their homes. Because of Covid 19, we will not be able to do that. However, there are other ways to work with our new and current clients. Design meetings can take place using Zoom or Facetime. It takes a month or two (sometimes more) to design a kitchen, bath or new office. We can work from your old house plans or new ones. If you are handy we can give you instructions on how to measure for preliminary design. Door selections can be made using Crystal's website and we can be ready to go when we are finally able to leave our homes once again. You will definitely have the time to get it right. Crystal is continuing to work as it is deemed and essential business, although not at full capacity. Contact us for "visual" or phone appointment.

I haven't posted in a while. We have finally got our mobile site working. It appears we are now in the midst of summer. This is a perfect time to start your fall project. Planning a new kitchen and/or bath takes time to get it just perfect. Since we have been doing this for 39 years , we have the experience and expertise to get it right .

This beautiful new kitchen is spectacular with its clean lines, lots of storage and wonderful work spaces. Perfecly set up for entertaining.
The wine bar is UV High Gloss Lacquer.

We haven't checked into our page for awhile. We sold our building on Koenig Lane, but not our business. In November we moved to our home office in Dripping Springs. Although we love Austin and all our clients there ,we enjoy not having to drive in the traffic everyday.
We can now offer better pricing because of much lower overhead. We are happy to come to your home to discuss your kitchen so you don't have to drive in the traffic. We will be updating our web page this fall. Please keep us in mind if you are remodeling your kitchen or bath. We still offer the same level of experience and quality.

It has been quite a while since we last posted. Since then we closed our Austin location. We donated most of our displays to Habitat For Humanity. We hope that some families in need will have a wonderful new kitchen.
We are not retiring from anything other than daily trips in Austin traffic. Phil is designing from our Home Office in Dripping Springs. Our clients will receive the same amount of
design service and product as they have received for the past 39 years. We are busier than ever. If you are interested in a new kitchen or bath, we have a waiting list so please call soon and get in the Que.

If any of you have driven past our showroom you probably noticed some changes. After 38 years in January on Koenig Lane we are moving our offices to Dripping Springs. We are not closing our business. We are changing our business to no longer have a full showroom. Most of our meetings take place in our client's homes. We are selling all our displays at greatly reduced prices. There are full office displays also available. Please contact us at 512-451-7435 if you are interested . The prices include granite countertops etc. All the displays are in like new condition.

Here are some magazine covers we were on a long time ago. Look how current these kitchens are today!! The white kitchen on the far left is a kitchen we designed for a now deceased well known architect here in Austin. It was on 6th street. A crane was used to bring the cabinets into the three story house.
