Working on the next one. We removed the existing porch roof, built an enclosed structure for a larger living space and kitchen. Soon to be adding new hardwood to the floor and sealing the pine tongue and groove on the ceiling. It’s coming together nicely!!

Here is the final product of the Dormont addition. The homeowners wanted a first floor bathroom and a space to enter from their parking area in the back.

It was a productive day. All mechanicals (HVAC, plumbing and electrical) inspected and passed. Framing inspected and passed. On to insulation and board!

We just started a small addition project in Dormont. The homeowners want a first floor bathroom to accommodate a growing family and convenience. The area will also include a small mud room for entry from the back yard.

Marble tile on all walls with a walk in shower. We are excited for the finish.

Just finished up this addition in Whitehall. We helped the homeowners get exactly what they wanted out of their space while matching the colors and visual integrity of the previous exterior.

Changed the layout of the space. Stealing some extra closet space from a bedroom closet for extra room in the customers bathroom.
