We turned this Mt. Lebanon sunroom into a half-bath and redid the space as well. There was no bathroom on the first floor and we addressed this need. This was a difficult project as demo revealed a mostly rotted structure from joists to studs. This turned into almost a full rebuild of the structure. In the end we made more dreams come true. As promised! More reveals from our home remodel in last two years. This was a half- bath off the den on the first floor. The vanity is particularly special as I made it from the old fireplace mantle. Laura sourced a custom travertine sink from Turkey and we made the vanity legs to match it. It gives off museum vibes now. Elegant!! (Scroll to the right to see the before pics)

It’s been awhile since we posted…..for good reason. I had a chance to work on my own house. Several more project reveals to come soon. This is the crown jewel! A few years after we moved in and renovated a 100yr old house we finally put the fishing touches on a full kitchen remodel. The most amazing part is having a wife who is a natural when it comes to design, and me being able to execute her vision. (Swipe to the end to see before pics.)

We have some amazing projects that are wrapping up! We know that we have been a little quiet with our posts. We were under the wire on a few projects on account of the demand and supply chain delays.

Warner Design and Build had the opportunity to make this Mt. Lebanon homeowner’s dream come true with outdoor entertaining space. Now they have the perfect spot for birthday parties, cookouts, and lazy, sunny Sunday’s! ☀️ 🕶

Who says a “Mt. Lebanon“ bathroom can’t be magnificent?!

This was a special one!

This wonderful couple originally wanted an update to their smaller primary bath. After viewing the space and seeing the amazing sized sitting room off the primary bedroom, we advised them to convert the sitting room space into this spectacular primary bathroom.

That original small primary bathroom, is being converted into a laundry room & extra closet space.

Now, let’s get to the good stuff….this bath features heated floors, remote blinds, lighted shelves, computerized toilet & bidet, a six-head shower and sauna unit with speakers, a towel warmer, and the most amazing soaking tub to relax and watch a good movie in.

We were able to pull this off even amidst a Covid shutdown, structural construction surprises, several delays in material shipments, but we persevered!!!

This is our greatest accomplishment yet!

We have a lot of people to thank for their help along the way: My sexy wife, Laura Yutzy for her inspiration, patience and design ideas. My amazing sub-contractors: CMA Plumbing, Brian Kite Electric, Henry Pituch Heating and Air. Our suppliers: CTS Tile, Splash Showroom in Cranberry, Ferguson Supply in Cranberry, and Brookside Lumber.

Perform onsite construction/carpentry tasks necessary for completing new construction, and owner-occupied residential remodel projects; perform technical carpentry repairs while working with subcontractors and homeowners.

Key Responsibility: TECHNICAL WORK

• Perform common residential carpentry tasks such as: framing, drywall, insulation, door/window installation, trim, flooring, decks, and kitchen and bath finishes

• Work in a way that prioritizes client health, safety as well as home durability and energy efficiency

• Independently plan, organize, and efficiently execute assigned tasks; maintain company tools and equipment

Key Responsibility Area: TASK MANAGEMENT

• Communicate regularly regarding changes to work

• Manage project tasks, including purchase of materials and gathering of tools and equipment

• Communicate with clients, co-workers, and subcontractors to set expectations regarding workday schedules, potential disruptions, and safety

• Adhere to OSHA, BPI, and EPA standards and practices
