Introducing the horizontal cheese slicer jig!

The jig is 3D printed from high-performance PETG-CF (polyethylene glycol carbon fiber), offering superior stiffness. It stands up to the rigorous demands of any woodworking environment while maintaining its shape and precision.

Each unit features a hardened steel drill bushing to align your main hole exactly 5 inches off the front edge of the board and countersunk holes to enable attachemnt to sub plates or broader fixture tables.

Delivery day! Finalized the walnut dog crate today with a seamless install. This bad boy is solid walnut top to bottom and comes in at 84” long, 36” wide, and 32” tall and Featuring sliding barndoor hardware. Every inch of this piece exemplifies the beauty of walnut with unique figure on every square inch. I love the way this piece came together and I know it’s ready for many years of use.

Sneak peek at the next project we’re working on…..solid walnut dog crate. Will be off to finishing and assembly within the next few days but this is already shaping up to be one of the best projects we’ve done so far.

Final photos of the golf shop project are in! There were 6 total pieces in this project including 2 tables, floating shelves and a variety of fixtures for displaying or hanging apparel. Each piece was made from solid cherry, stained and finished with a high durability polyurethane. The tables feature flush, continuous grain, push-to-release drawers which are my favorite part of this project. In all, this project turned out wonderfully and indirectly highlights why Cherry is one of the best woods for this application. The uniqueness in the grain is unmatched and each piece is designed to be functional and highlight the beauty of the wood at the same time. There is so much to love about each piece.

Finalized the delivery of the last piece of furniture on order for the current project. This one was a bit special as it features hanger bars along with the shelves allowing it to be used in a wide variety of applications. Along with all of the other pieces in this project, this one is solid Cherry top to bottom. Also featured in this set are two other pieces previously delivered and now in use. Full project summary and more images coming soon!

Phase two of this project is now mostly complete with the delivery of the next two pieces. One 4’ box table with riser to match the 8’ table previously delivered and one “T” style rack for handing shirts. Both turned out amazing and the space is really starting to come together. We have 1 piece getting delivered tomorrow and one more next week to close everything out so stay tuned.

Delivery day for the first 1/3 of this project. So far we’ve got a beautiful solid cherry 8’ table and riser as the main focal point and 3 solid cherry floating shelves. The 8’ table also features 4 recessed drawers with continuous grain faces and push to release slides to keep everything flush and looking smooth. More to come soon but loving the way this project is turning out so far.

New project completion! 🥳. We have finally finished this 16’ conference table. This bad boy features a solid white oak top at 4’x16’ and a custom fabricated metal base. The base was designed by Petyk Customs with the intent of tying back to the many bridges found in the Pittsburgh area. This project also holds the distinction of being the largest single piece we have ever worked on both by size and weight. Between the top and the solid steel base it clocks in at just under 2,000lbs so you can be sure it’s not going anywhere.
