It’s Maker Monday! 🧶✨

Sometimes cleaning out the studio can lead to some pretty fun discoveries!

This weekend, Donna came across some buntings we made quite a while back.

Then Donna had an idea: “Those are the beginnings of dishcloths. I wonder if we cut off the yarn-over rows that make the holes and see if we can pick up the stitches?”

Well… I’m happy to say it worked!

So instead of these pieces sitting around, we’re giving them a whole new life as dishcloths! 🧶

We love finding ways to repurpose something we already have and turn it into something useful — and there’s something extra satisfying about giving an old project a fresh start. ❤️

Nothing says Happy Halloween quite like a little sparkle! 🎃✨
This sparkly pumpkin is definitely ready for Halloween! 🧡🖤 We absolutely love how the orange, black, and white yarn come together to give this pumpkin so much personality.
And here’s the best part… this one is truly one of a kind! The yarn we used has been discontinued, so when this pumpkin finds its new home, there won’t be another one exactly like it.
This is stash knitting at its finest — taking that special yarn hiding in the stash and turning it into something fun, festive, and completely unique! 🎃🧶

🐐 Happy World Goat Day! 🐐
Today seems like the perfect day to look back at a couple of goats we made in the past. These two cuties have already found their fur-ever homes and are hopefully keeping their new families smiling! ❤️
We always enjoy looking back at some of the handmade creations that have gone on to new homes. 🧶🐐

Unfortunately our event for tomorrow has been cancelled due to the weather. Up next is the Squirrel Hill Night Market next Saturday.

🚨 MARKET CANCELED — SUNDAY, AUGUST 16 🚨

Unfortunately, due to the weather forecast and safety concerns, we have made the extremely difficult decision to cancel tomorrow’s Sip & Shop Artisan Market at Greenhouse Winery.

After closely monitoring multiple weather outlets, we are concerned about the potential for thunderstorms, lightning, heavy rain, and possible flash flooding during setup and throughout the market. We know how much everyone looks forward to this event, and we absolutely hate having to cancel—but the safety of our vendors, guests, and winery staff has to come first.

We hope to see you for the final Sip & Shop of the season on Thursday September 3! ❤️
