You must also display excellent customer service skills, the ability to interact in a positive way with a wide variety of different types of clients, subcontractors and fellow employees

We are a family owned general contractor located in the South Hills of Pittsburgh and work in area such as, Bethel Park, Mt Lebanon, Upper St Clair, Squirrel Hill.
Job Requirements:

Must have at least 5 years experience working in residential construction.
Must be able to read plans and lay out walls
Position is for working Foreman / Carpenter. A foreman with a toolbelt! Have a good working knowledge of standard industry tools and equipment.
Must be reliable, hard working and responsible
Be able to work on scaffolding ( 2 to 3 stores above ground) and walk roofs if needed
