Kitchen remodel we just wrapped up. Tile flooring was replaced. Custom-built pantry. We reframed the wall to make their huge refrigerator fit the kitchen (it sits a foot out into the garage). New Kraftmaid cabinets and wall tile from Hannapel. Under-cabinet lighting, drawer outlets for devices, lighting, and appliance installation by Cory Hammond. They say when you love what you do, it's not work. (Then again, "they" are usually controlling the masses with sayings like that 🤣🤔).

The other half of this project included a new bar area where a fireplace used to be. A new picture window along with opening up the area by removing two walls.

We removed walls. Installed hidden beams. We patched prefinished wood flooring without refinishing the whole house. New cabinets, tile, countertops, a custom cabinet, custom handrails and custom railing, under cabinet lighting, new fireplaces, all new kitchen layout, and the list goes on. This had been my most loved and hated project to date.

Our customer was thrilled with this mudroom remodel. We had to move plumbing, HVAC, and electrical. We stacked the front loading washer and dryer. Installed a pocket door (found HVAC in the way but still got it done). Removed a closet (also found HVAC running though that and a load bearing header). The cabinets, panels, cubbies, and shelves were all built from scratch. New tile flooring and well. When we say we are CB Custom Tile & Carpentry we mean custom.

Another thrilled customer. We are definitely not limited to kitchens and bathrooms. We framed in a screened-in area and made it a cozy addition to this Frank Lloyd Wright mid-century modern home. We installed Anderson windows from my friends at Hannapel Home Center. Custom tile around the fireplace and custom faux beams. Custom loft railing were provided by Mall City Mechanical. We installed a library ladder on a rail for loft access. They love the fan from Big Ass Fans. With the help of Cory Hammond at Hammond Electric, we installed a new Generac whole-house generator (not pictured). Also, thank you to Craft Mechanical for installing the baseboard heating system.

Contact CB for all your Home Improvement needs. Removed the existing shower, whirlpool bath tub, flooring, and vanity. Tile shower, plumbing, 3/8 glass hinged door, and stand alone tub. Tile floor in bathroom, walk in closet, and water closet. In and out in 10 days and under $20k. Customer chose to paint and install the new vanity themselves.

Removed the old trim around the windows. Installed PVC window trim and freeze trim. Added a half inch PVC sheet inlay below the windows for a simple elegant look. We also removed the rotted handrails and installed steel posts with vinyl sleeves, LED lighted caps, and vinyl handrails. Repaired the post with epoxy and some sanding with a fresh coat of paint and some decorative bases. Customers (the children and the fluffball included) are thrilled and we will back in the fall for a kitchen remodel.
