Sharing some before and afters of a bathroom/utility remodel we did a few years ago. I just realized I never shared to project. A full bath and mudroom closet were converted into a half bath and a utility room. The former utility room was in a kitchen closet and this bathtub/shower was never used so the transition made sense and added value to this early 80’s home! We had the best GC and plumber on this job, wish I had their expertise all the time!!!

Some before and afters of some Reno/remodels done in this Plano home. A three car garage was partially converted to a utility flex room, enlarged half bath upon entry, utility room conversion to a mudroom, living room makeover including paint, flooring, lowering the fireplace hearth, new fan and lighting, refinished and painted ceilings, removal of a fur down at the entry.
