Hearty, homey, and yummy!
Such an easy dinner tonight. Cooked the ground turkey, cut up some potatoes, let them simmer in some chicken broth till they were softened, added my shredded carrots and heavy whipping cream and a handful of cheese! Let it simmer and thicken up a little bit. If yall want it a little more thick you can always take some potatoes out and blend them a little and add them back in. Season with whatever you want but trust me you want some smoked paprika! Top it off with a little more cheese, some fresh chives… and ENJOY!
