Removed a very large pignut hickory tree this morning, what a view. Followed up by a wee bit of poison ivy on a rapidly declined sugar maple.

We just sold a customer on a natural bird/bat box project on a cherry tree that's a little to close for comfort to their home. Instead of tearing the whole tree down, we will be installing bird/bat boxes down the main stem of the spar to attract wildlife. It's always refreshing to us when we can preserve homes for the animals, even if it's in an abiotic fashion. Pictures of the job to come in the near future!! 😊
