I just finished up this wood rot project in Thousand Oaks Subdivision in Parkville MO -

✅2 porch columns replaced (in correct anchors that allow draining)

✅Shoring support post installed for safety!

✅Trimmed out in PVC trim (rot resistant)

✅Properly secured and leveled with structural screws.

✅Removed and disposed of all rotten material.

✅Replaced rotten sub facia, soffit and facia (all PVC or treated lumber - not just framing lumber)

✅Installed 3” flashing

✅Installed new gutter run on proper grade for correct water flow, with fitted gutter guards.

✅Sealed everything with SherMax exterior caulking.

✅Painted with two solid coats of Sherwin Williams Duration exterior paint.

✅Professionally color matched!

✅In the 100* heat 💪💪💪💪
