Finished up a big ranch home in Poland and walked through to show the layout and all of the elements come together. So much open space for entertaining and a good mix of rustic and traditional tones.

Now that the extreme cold and wet weather is behind us 🤞🏻 we’ve been back at it. Tearing down more of the areas that were rotted or destroyed due to fire, gearing up for more new foundation work. Also the sunroom is looking fantastic with the new windows in place!

Popped on over to the great room addition we did in this spring/summer and was nice to feel the comfort afforded by the radiant floor system we put in. If you recall we used ‘s high velocity AC to combat the summer time heat, but when it gets cold, the wall mounted boiler paired to a thermostat keeps the floor, which is tile over concrete, warm enough to walk barefoot all winter long. We filled with a glycol mixture to prevent freezing in a long term power outage. The ultimate warmth for a cozy great room.

Morning everyone! If you’ve been thinking about building, use this cold weather not for your plan design. The projected interest rate drop in 2024 is going to flood the work load on designs and those who have their plans already done will get first dibs.

This client threw me a spiral and 60yds down field I caught it. Along the way I pitched her ideas on colors and shapes etc. Really happy how this came out and that she was open to doing something out of the normal comfort zone.
