Here are some pictures of work recently completed in new Gloucester, Maine.
This project included subfloor rot repair, very common in mobile homes,  exterior door replacements modification of the framing to except standard size doors, the removal and reinstallation of vinyl siding which was done to accommodate the door replacements.

Deck railing replacement, we removed the old failing railing,  and replaced with a custom railing system. Job location, Lewiston, Maine.

 pictures of our most recent almost complete job, we installed some laundry shelving based on a picture and we got it identical to what the customer wanted, also installed a false beam.  in the photos the paint is still in the process of drying.

Bathroom repaint and color change, two coat of paint on the ceiling walls and trim. It took my helper and I a little over five hours. The rest of the video will be in the comments showing progress to completion.

Small job in Poland Maine , that included removing rotted facia, soffit and gable and trim and replacing it with PVC trim that will never rot. There is a lot of other small task on this job as well not pictured.
