Good morning, afternoon, or evening. So if you take a minute to read, & anybody that is scrolling that may need AC service or new equipment, I'm going to explain these key factors that will educate you before you purchase a system.
Hopefully you'll take into consideration, my quality of character to take the time to explain these things to help you make a smart investment instead of just throwing money at a company/guy based on desperation or his salesmanship skills.

I enjoy explaining/showing my observations/diagnostic so you know what's REALLY going on.
The square footage of your residence is KEY to properly sizing your system.(Not just putting the same tonnage that is your existing system)
SEER RATING - the higher the seer, the more you're gonna pay for the system, but with proper care & service, it'll pay for itself in electrical savings.
My installations take 2 days because I'm not just banging it out to get to the next one.
I've solved many people's AC problems that previous "techs" said they needed a new system.
