Dupe Design Co. completely transformed this bathroom with a brand-new shower, soaking tub, custom-built vanities, quartz countertops, new flooring, and a pocket door for the small water closet. We even added a quartz bench under the window for a seating area. A bathroom remodel comes with SO many decisions, and can quickly become overwhelming. This staircase remodel involved countless design decisions from the flooring selection and stair tread design to the balusters, handrails, newel posts, wall molding dimensions, paint color selection for the walls, trim, and ceiling. When an interior designer and contractor collaborate from the very beginning, that’s where the real magic happens.

ADA Accessible Doesn’t Have to Look Clinical!

My client purchased a home in Del Webb and wanted a bathroom that felt luxurious. Due to physical limitations, we designed this space to meet her specific needs while creating a bathroom she would truly love.

Here’s what we transformed:

✨ Replaced the bulky sit down shower with a spacious, accessible shower featuring frameless glass, large-format marble-look tile, a generous built-in bench, and warm brushed brass fixtures.

✨ Incorporated grab bars that blend seamlessly into the design, providing safety without looking institutional.

✨ Added two recessed medicine cabinet mirrors, making everyday essentials easier to access without constantly bending down.

✨ Installed a center mirror that’s permanently pushed forward, allowing our client to see herself up close while doing her hair and makeup—because our vision changes as we age, but we still deserve a space that works beautifully for us.

✨ Finished the vanity with quartz countertops, modern undermount sinks, designer sconces, and updated brass hardware for a fresh, high-end look.

Shelf styling is one of my favorite parts of interior design. I spend hours shopping for the perfect décor and carefully style each shelf. Hidden among the books and accessories are family photos, treasured keepsakes, and mementos honoring beloved pets. Those are the details that make a house feel like home.

My client’s laundry room lacked storage and personality, so Dupe Design Co. transformed it into a space that both beautiful and functional.

The soft blue cabinetry adds the perfect coastal touch while giving this family more practical storage. We added floating shelves, a hanging rod, quartz countertops, tile backsplash, utility sink, and board and batten wall with hooks. The waterfall shelf behind the washer and dryer creates space to beautifully display soap and dryer sheets. And the hidden fold-out ironing board was such a smart use of a small space.

The average person spends hundreds of hours a year doing laundry… so why not make the space beautiful?
