Residential construction experience is preferred.
Ideal candidate should be experienced in all facets of residential construction/remodeling..... (must know how to cut wood straight, measure to the 16th of inch, etc!!)

Should also be motivated to work and get jobs done in timely manner!

Valid drivers license, be willing to take a drug test and or background check.
