Lawn Simplicity, an established lawn maintenance company is seeking a F/T or P/T Lawn Maint. Worker. Lawn Simplicity provides regularly scheduled lawn mowing services to also include pruning / trimming of shrubbery, mulching & flower bed maintenance. Candidate must be a self starter. Individual will work alone and as part of a crew.

Individual must have prior residential lawn care experience. Candidate must be fully capable of using "stand on" type mowers, trimmers & blowers needed to provide daily lawn maintenance services. Basic mulching & flower bed maintenance experience expected. Ability to back trailers is needed and will train if necessary.

Candidate will be responsible with assistance of daily checks on all equipment. Oil checks, fueling, wash downs, mixing fuel, changing & sharpening of mower blades, preparing for next days route.

We utilize quality commercial equipment. Our equipment is well maintained and will be utilized in a professional manner. A safety awareness attitude with a desire to have fun while working is a must. Honesty, reliability & a neat acceptable appearance expected.

Individual must have a good driving record with reliable transportation to & from work.

Requirements: Good driving record -- Residential experience -- Ability to use and be able to instruct others stander & walk behind type mowers -- Ability to properly trim / prune basic shrubbery with the confidence to lead small pruning & mulching operations -- Capable of using all trimmers, edgers, blowers, etc. to accommodate daily routine work -- Shared responsibility of basic equipment maintenance as necessary -- Ensuring equipment is ready for next days use.
