Double broadcast quartz epoxy floors are a type of high-performance flooring system designed for durability, slip resistance, and aesthetic appeal. The process involves applying a base layer of epoxy, then broadcasting (sprinkling) colored quartz granules evenly across the surface while the epoxy is still wet. Once this layer cures, a coat of polyaspartic is applied, followed by another full broadcast of quartz, hence the term "double broadcast." After curing, a polyaspartic topcoat is added to seal the surface, enhance durability, and provide a glossy or matte finish.
