A few things to know about my business:
• I provide fixed-price bids, not estimates. Once a bid is accepted, the price doesn’t change unless the scope changes.
• I use Sherwin-Williams products exclusively. This lets me stand behind the systems I apply.
• Preparation matters. I spend the time scraping, sanding, caulking, and priming so the finish holds up.
•I schedule a limited number of projects each season so I can stay focused and consistent.
• A 10% scheduling deposit reserves calendar time. Larger projects require a second deposit once work begins (this is always spelled out in the written bid).
• I offer a 2 year workmanship warranty, covering preparation and application issues.
